I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported—especially during the moments in life that feel overwhelming or uncertain. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults, navigate life’s challenges while discovering their own strength, resilience, and direction.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I truly enjoy watching clients grow, heal, and begin to thrive as they gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with trauma-informed care. I have experience supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, anger management, postpartum challenges, pregnancy-related concerns, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply trying to find your path, I am here to walk alongside you in that process.
Therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want. My goal is to empower you to feel more in control, more connected, and more aligned with who you are.
Reiki Healing Sessions
In addition to counseling services, I offer Reiki Level II sessions as a gentle, holistic approach to support emotional and physical well-being. Reiki is an energy-based healing practice that helps restore balance within the body and nervous system. When stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm disrupt our natural flow, it can leave us feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected. Reiki works to gently guide the body back into a more calm, regulated state.
During a session, I use light touch or hands placed just above the body to support relaxation and energy flow. Each session is guided by what you may need in that moment and can support stress reduction, emotional release, grounding, and clarity. At times, intuitive messages or insights may come through and are shared in a supportive and meaningful way, if you are open to receiving them.
Clients often leave sessions feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, more emotionally balanced, and mentally clear. Some may notice sensations such as warmth or tingling, while others simply experience a sense of calm and peace.
Reiki can also be integrated into counseling sessions for those interested in a more holistic approach, helping to deepen emotional processing and support nervous system regulation. Essential oils may be incorporated to further promote relaxation and enhance the overall experience.
