I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges, emotions, and relationships while recognizing their own strengths and resilience. My goal is to help you feel empowered to regain a sense of control over your wellbeing and mental health — one step at a time.

In sessions, I create a calm, approachable, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable opening up and settling into the therapy process. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, safe, and tailored to your individual needs.

My approach is evidence-based and personalized for each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based techniques.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting support, relationship challenges, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, guilt, overwhelm, or relationship stress, we can work together to identify goals, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

I especially enjoy supporting parents as they adjust to new roles and helping individuals navigate the complex emotions that can arise in relationships and everyday life. My priority is creating a judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged throughout the therapy process.

Processing emotions and life experiences can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. Having a safe space to explore your feelings, triggers, highs, and lows can make healing feel more manageable. I’m honored to support you while also offering gentle challenges that encourage growth.
